YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!
This phrase is heard through many avenues these days! We are being encouraged to question what we eat as the incidences of disease escalate and obesity is rife. If we are what we eat, then what are we eating? We can take the initiative around food and make choices that not only help us to stay healthy but also help our bodies to maintain correct weight permanently.
How would it be if we did take that initiative and begin looking at the fuel we put into our bodies. What if we give away the endless diets and book shelves full of diet books and begin studying food for what it is? What if we began to stop buying it in cans and packets and look for the food that is not poisoned by insecticides and preservatives? Do you know what would happen to us. We would start being more energetic. Our immune systems would be stronger. Diseases would diminish and we would live longer and be healthier in old age.
Then, what about children and babies? Their little bodies would not be so knocked around by the many childhood diseases we see today, including skin diseases and asthma. Imagine their energy and their healthy brains and their incredible ability to learn and play energetically!!
THIS KIND OF ENERGY IS FOR EVERYONE!
